Sensational Sloths

Sloths were the original attraction that pushed Costa Rica to the top of the travel destinations list this year. We realised this morning we’ve only put 2 pics of 1 sloth on the blog so far, but we’ve been extremely lucky to see tons of them. Pierre, one of our excellent tour guides, said there’s on average 9 sloths per square km in Costa Rica, so here’s just some of the heartbreakingly adorable ones we’ve seen. Ther s a few photos here from the Jaguar centre but they’re so delightful I had to include them. We’ve seen more than what’s here in their natural setting but not great photos.
